Message from Bob Johnson about Lodi Meet
For those wanting to caravan to the State Meeting
in Lodi on Thursday, August 21 2008, we will be leaving from our usual meeting
place just north of Herndon Ave. on Fresno's old Hwy 99, (Golden State Blvd.) at
10:00am. We will be stopping at the rest area at Turlock for refreshments from
12:00noon to 12:30pm. arriving in Lodi around 1:45pm.
Please RSVP (E-mail or phone) to Layne or Bob before Thursday
the 21st if you plan to caravan as we don't want to leave anyone behind.
We would hope to see a good turnout of Floaters to this
meeting as we need to make our many voices heard if a vote should be taken on
splitting the state club.
